The Prime Minister of the UK, Rishi Sunak announced an aid of 10 million pounds for the victims in Palestine. He condemned the actions of Hamas and called the attacks of Israel a ‘program’, denoting an organized mass killing based on religion or ethnicity.
He said that Hamas was using innocent Palestinian civilians as human shields. There are reports of talks between officials of the UK and other countries including Egypt and Israel to make way through Rafa crossing in Gaza for aid. Moreover, the government of the UK clarified that the funding was strictly to help the victims and none of it goes to Hamas.
