Summer skin care routine

There are four basic seasons in the year. Every season effect our skin indifferent ways. Therefore, it is important to make a routine for proper skin care. However, it is must be set according to the season. While, winter make our skin dry and summer cause rushes and oily skin with dark patches.

Here, we have some tips to take care your skin in summer. Nevertheless, 1stly you need love your skin.

Pimple: summer can cause pimple on skin. Firstly, you need to use a mild facewash. Wash your face 3 time a day. Avoid creams and other chemical for skin. Take a warm tea bag. soak it into the water. Put the tea bag on your pimple and press it.

Stay hydrated: it is important to take lots of water in summer. Stay hydrated is very important for fresh and clean skin. It helps to reduce acne on skin. We could hydrated through different fruits and juices. Like watermelon, can 80% of water.

Use SPF:  use sunscreen for indoor and outdoor going. It is very important to protect your skin with UV rays. It can cause acne darkness and many other skin damages. We need to use sunscreen before working in kitchen.

Healthy diet: healthy diet is very important for healthy skin. For this purpose, we need to take healthy food. Avoid oily food it may cause pimples and oil in face. Try to take milk and curt for glowing skin. Take fruits and green vegetable.

Use natural remedies:  use natural remedies for your skin. Like to dark skin tone you can apply multani matti mask. Ad one spoon multani maati powder, few drops of lemon, and add some rose water. Mix all the things well and apply it for 20 min daily. It will help to control oil from your skin and make your face fresh.
