Perceive through body language will help us to easily access more information about people. Though this art we will be the better comminutor. It also helps us in improving our leadership skill. In addition, it conveys many untold stories and point of views. People communicate in many ways, and its not necessary to teach in words.
Focus on eyes:
Focusing on eyes is very helpful to understand body language. Another person behave in term of moving his eye, pupil size. It exactly tell you about how he feel.
- eye contact: direct eye contact indicates that the person is interested in this conversation. If he is not interested in what you want to say. So, he will not maintain the direct eye contact. Lack of eye contact also indicates that the other person may be dishonest or uncomfortable.
- Blinking rate: If a blinking rate of any person is normal. It indicates that someone is relaxed and nothing to hide. If the rate is higher than normal reveals that the person is stressful and uncomfortable.
- Pupil dilation: it indicated that person is interesting in what you are saying. If the person is not interesting in conversation the pupil size may change.
Head movements:
Head movement is also another element of body language that can provide very reliable information about others. The rate of the person nods during conversation can let you know if the person is interested or not.
- Nodding quickly during the conversation is a likely indicator that. the person you are communicating is really interested or not. Nodding quickly in conversation is the sign of impatience. It means that speak quickly and get to the end. On the other hand, nodding slowly is the sign of genuine interest.
- Tilting of head tilting their head toward you in an indicator that. the other person is trusts you and believe on you in what you are saying.
