As we all know that we are blessed with 4 seasons summer, spring, winter and autumn. The most beautiful season is spring. Most of the country can’t blessed with all the season. But Pakistan have special blessing from Allah almighty. Pakistan is rich with all the blessing from Allah. Punjab have all season and their people celebrate passionately. In Punjab spring season celebrate with joyness. The spring season say good bye to winter and warmly welcome to summer. In Lahore spring festival celebrate with full of happiness. However, Punjab Horticulture Authority (PHA) organize this event. Its aim is to showcase the beauty of nature inside the city’s parks and gardens of Lahore and other cities. The end of February and starting March is the time of spring celebration.
Spring in Punjab
In Punjab spring season celebrated in middle of march. The plain of Punjab wear green sheet of grass. The variety of flowers blossom everywhere. People enjoy this time and organize gatherings or parties. In Lahore many famous place like Jinnah garden and race course organize exhibitions. In this exhibition gardens arrange flowers in a very beautiful shape. The environment of park, colors and fragrance of flower looks so beautiful. These all thing grab and attract people toward nature. People visit this place with their families and mostly plan picnic. Through spring festival people feel joy and spend a quality time with their family friends.
Moreover, In spring many organizations schedule their annual functions. These function are organized like qawali nights, annual functions, cultural day, sports day and many events. Spring festival is the cultural event of Pakistan. In some places it is celebrated as jashan e bahran. The celebration of jashan e baharan may vary region to region and community to community. On the other hand, many traditional events are also celebrated in this duration. These events basant in which we fly kites. But basant is not allow in Lahore so people mostly go out of city to celebrate it
