The world’s oldest living land animal, a tortoise named Jonathan, is now 191 years old

If you think that only human being is the only living thing that has seen 100 life springs then it is definitely wrong because there is a tortoise in Britain that has seen 191 life springs.

Jonathan, a tortoise living in a park on the British island of St.Helena, has the honor of being the world’s oldest animal.

This elderly tortoise living in Great Britain has celebrated his 191 birthday recently.

Jonathan was born in Britain in 1832, while all his companions had left him many decades ago. Due to old age, his whole body has wrinkles and that is why he doesn’t move for long.

According to reports, the tortoise was brought to St. Helena in 1882 at the age of 50, and last year Guinness World Records named Jonathan the world’s oldest tortoise.
